From your profile menu

  2. Click or tap your email address in the upper navigation bar to open the options menu.
  3. Select Contact us to reach our support team by chat, phone, or message.

From the Help window

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click or tap the Help question mark icon in the upper navigation bar.
  3. Type your question in the What do you need help with search box.
  4. If your search does not return any results, select Contact us to chat, call, or message our support team.

From the contact form

Fill out our contact form, and we'll respond as soon as possible. This is the best way to reach us if you can’t sign in to your account.
