How to Opt In Manually Added Applicants to Text Messaging

If an applicant was manually added and you forgot to opt them in to text messaging, don’t worry—you can easily update their preferences by accessing their application experience.

How to Opt In an Applicant:

  1. Search for the applicant using their name or phone number
  2. Open their applicant profile
  3. Click the three dots (ellipsis) in the top right corner
  4. Select View Application Experience
  5. You’ll be routed to their original application form
  6. Check the box to opt in to text messages
  7. Click Next through each page until you reach the end
  8. Click Save

Once saved, send a test message to confirm they are successfully opted in.

This ensures the applicant can receive important updates and communication moving forward.
