How to Edit Automations

You can update your hiring or employee engagement automations at any time to better match your messaging and process.

Option 1: From the Automations Page

  1. Go to the Automations page
  2. Locate the message you want to update
  3. Click the three dots menu
  4. Select Edit, Copy, or Delete
  5. Make your changes and click Save

Option 2: (Jobs specific) From the Jobs Page

  1. Go to the Jobs page
  2. Click the settings icon on the job
  3. Open the Automations tab
  4. Find the message you want to update and make your edits
  5. Click Save

You can also use the toggle to quickly turn automations on or off.
