How to Edit Automations
You can update your hiring or employee engagement automations at any time to better match your messaging and process.
Option 1: From the Automations Page
- Go to the Automations page
- Locate the message you want to update
- Click the three dots menu
- Select Edit, Copy, or Delete
- Make your changes and click Save
Option 2: (Jobs specific) From the Jobs Page
- Go to the Jobs page
- Click the settings icon on the job
- Open the Automations tab
- Find the message you want to update and make your edits
- Click Save
You can also use the toggle to quickly turn automations on or off.
