How to Resend a Setup Email for New Users
When adding a new user to your account, a welcome setup email is automatically sent so they can create their password and access the platform. If the user does not complete the setup process in time, the setup link may expire.
You can easily resend a new setup email directly from your account.
How to Resend a Setup Email
- Navigate to My Account.
- Select Account.
- Click Users.
- Find the user who needs a new setup email.
- Click the “>” button next to their name.
- Select the option to resend the setup email.
The user will receive a new welcome email with an updated setup link so they can complete their account setup.
