Why is my Job Health Score 0?

Some issues can prevent your job from being properly posted or visible to candidates. If Team Engine detects one of these critical issues, your score will be 0 until the issue is resolved, regardless of the scores for the other areas of your job.

What Should I Do?

Open the job and review the Job Health Score recommendations. Team Engine will identify the critical issue and provide guidance on what needs to be fixed.

Common critical issues may include:

• The job is not properly connected to Indeed
• The job is not visible on Indeed
• A required job setting or connection needs attention

Once the critical issue is resolved, your Job Health Score can update based on the other areas of your job.

Tip: If your score is 0, focus on resolving the critical issue first before making other improvements to your job.
