Does a high Health Score guarantee more applicants?

No. A high Job Health Score does not guarantee more applicants.

The Job Health Score measures the health and quality of your job posting, not how many applicants you will receive.

What Does the Health Score Measure?

The score looks at factors such as:

  • Pay range
  • Job description
  • Benefits
  • Job title
  • Job location
  • Screening questions
  • Job freshness
  • ATS connection
  • Indeed visibility

These factors help identify whether your job is complete, accurate, and ready for distribution.

Why Isn't Applicant Flow Included?

Applicant volume can be affected by many factors outside of the job's health, including:

  • Applicant availability in your area
  • Demand for the type of position
  • Compensation and local market conditions
  • Competition from other employers
  • Job board search and distribution systems

Because these factors can vary, applicant flow is intentionally not included in the Job Health Score.

Think of the Health Score as a checkup for your job posting—not a prediction of how many applicants you'll receive.
