Why Isn’t My Job Showing Up on Indeed?
If you can’t find your Team Engine job in Indeed’s public search results, start by checking your Indeed Employer Dashboard.
- Sign in to your Indeed employer account.
- Click All jobs at the top of your dashboard.
- Find the job you posted through Team Engine. Your job should be listed there.
- Review the job’s status and any alerts or actions requested by Indeed.
Indeed’s public search results are personalized based on each job seeker’s search, location, interests, and activity. Your job may not appear in your own search, even when it is active.
Indeed recommends checking your Company Page instead of searching for your own job:
- Open your company’s Indeed Company Page.
- Select the Jobs tab.
- Look for your job in the list.
You can also sign in to your Indeed Employer Dashboard and select Jobs → All jobs to review your open jobs and their statuses.
Indeed advises against repeatedly searching for or clicking your own posting because results can be misleading, and clicking a sponsored job may use your advertising budget.
Your job may also be under review or require action before it can appear. Being listed in your employer dashboard does not guarantee visibility in public search results. Your dashboard is the best place to start checking the job’s status.
What if my job isn’t listed or I still need help?

- Your company name
- The job title and location
- A screenshot of your Indeed dashboard, including any alerts
