How to Move Applicants to the Interviewing Stage

The Interviewing stage helps you manage applicants who are scheduled for an in-person interview through Team Engine.

Open the Applicants tab.
Go to the In Progress pipeline.
Locate the applicant in the Phone Interviewing stage, or in Interested if phone interviewing is not part of your hiring process.
Move the applicant to Interviewing to schedule an in-person interview through Team Engine.
Review the interview details and prepare for the scheduled meeting.
After the interview, update the applicant's status based on the outcome and your company's hiring process.

Keeping applicant statuses updated helps your team stay organized and track hiring progress.
