Connecting Team Engine to your Indeed employer account allows Indeed to associate the jobs sent by Team Engine with your company.

This helps you manage your hiring in one place: update your jobs in Team Engine and receive applicants through the connected application process.

Does Connecting Guarantee My Jobs Will Appear in Search?

No. Connecting your account does not guarantee placement in Indeed’s public search results. Indeed controls job visibility, and results vary based on each job seeker’s search, location, and interests.

You can review your jobs and their statuses in your Indeed Employer Dashboard → All jobs.

How Do I Connect My Account?

Team Engine handles the connection for you. First, give our team admin access to your Indeed employer account:

1. Open the Recruiting module in Team Engine.
2. Find your assigned Team Engine email address in the red box at the top of the page.
3. In your Indeed employer account, invite that email address as a user and select Admin access.
