How Do I Manage My Job on Indeed?

You can access Indeed directly from your job in Team Engine to view the posting, check its status, or sponsor it.

How Do I Access These Options?

1. Open the Recruiting module in Team Engine.
2. Find the job you want to review.
3. Click the Job Health Score number next to the job.
4. Select Search on Indeed or Manage on Indeed.

What Does “Search on Indeed” Do?

Search on Indeed lets you view the job from a job seeker’s perspective.

Indeed’s search results are personalized, so your posting may not appear in your own search even when it is active. To check its status, use Manage on Indeed.

What Does “Manage on Indeed” Do?

Manage on Indeed takes you to your Indeed Employer Dashboard, where you can:

• Review your job’s status.
• Check for alerts or actions requested by Indeed.
• Sponsor your job if you’d like additional visibility.

You may need to sign in to your Indeed employer account. Once there, select All jobs to find your posting.
