Set-Up Calendar Integration
Keep all of your scheduled events up to date, across all platforms, by automatically syncing applicant interviews with your personal or work calendar. This two-way integration will automatically update events both to and from Team Engine — whether it's a new interview, a change in schedule, or a cancelled event — to keep your workflows streamlined and efficient.
Setting up your connection
To start syncing to your external calendar, login with your calendar provider through our integrations partner Nylas. If you do not see your calendar provider on the first login screen, click to view all providers and select the one that fits your use best. If you host your own email service, you should select “IMAP”.
Once you are logged in through your calendar provider, you will need to grant the necessary permissions to allow access. After that is completed, you will be redirected to Team Engine where you'll be able to add events to your external calendar.
Important Note: Please allow every permission listed when connecting with your calendar provider. Team Engine will only interact with your calendar, and will only add, edit, and remove events from your calendar that you have selected to add yourself.

I use Outlook, what provider should I choose?
If you use Outlook in your browser, select Microsoft as your provider. If you use the Outlook desktop app you should select Microsoft as well, unless you host your own mail server through Outlook, then please select IMAP.
You should also select Microsoft if you use Hotmail, Live.com, MSN, Exchange Online, or Microsoft 365.
I use the Mail app on my computer, what provider should I choose?
If you use the Mail app to log into another mail service provider, like Google or Microsoft, select that third party provider when logging in through Nylas. If you use the Mail app to host your own email service, select IMAP.
