Text-to-Apply: Make Applying Fast & Easy

Whether someone is walking into your office or passing by a high-traffic area (like your storefront, a nearby restaurant, or a community board), you can quickly turn that interest into real applicants using Team Engine’s Text-to-Apply feature.

How It Works

Candidates simply text a keyword (like “APPLY”) to your dedicated hiring number. From there:

• They receive a link to your open jobs right away
• They can apply directly from their phone
• Their application flows into Team Engine just like any other applicant

Job-Specific vs. All-Jobs Setup

You have two options when setting up Text-to-Apply:

Specific Job - Send candidates directly to one role you’re actively hiring for.

All Open Jobs - Let candidates browse and choose from all available positions.

Set Up for a Specific Job

1. Go to the Jobs Dashboard
2. Click Get More Applicants
3. Select Sourcing Strategy
4. Scroll to Customer Managed Sources
5. Click Text to Apply
6. Copy your dedicated phone number

Set Up for All Open Jobs

1. From the Jobs page, click Configure Jobs
2. Select Sourcing Strategy
3. Click Text to Apply

This will generate one number that links to all of your open roles.
