How It Works

Candidates scan your QR code using their phone camera. From there:

• The job application opens right away
• They can apply in just a few taps
• Their application is submitted directly into Team Engine

Job-Specific vs. All-Jobs Setup

You can generate QR codes for:

Specific Job - Direct candidates to one role you’re actively hiring for.

All Open Jobs - Let candidates view and apply to any open position.

Create a QR Code for a Specific Job

1. Go to the Jobs Dashboard
2. Click Get More Applicants
3. Select Sourcing Strategy
4. Scroll to Customer Managed Sources
5. Click Generate QR Code
6. Download or share your QR code

Create a QR Code for All Jobs

1. From the Jobs page, click Configure Jobs
2. Select Sourcing Strategy
3. Click Generate QR Code

This creates one QR code that displays all open positions.
