How to Send Messages



Steps to Send a Message

  1. Navigate to the Messages dashboard
  2. Click New Message (or use the dropdown and select New Announcement)
  3. Choose your recipients:
    • Individual employees
    • Multiple employees
    • Specific groups
    • All employees
  4. Type your message
  5. Choose how you want to send it:
  6. Click Send

Once sent, any replies will appear in your Messages inbox for easy follow-up.
