How to Send Messages
Steps to Send a Message
- Navigate to the Messages dashboard
- Click New Message (or use the dropdown and select New Announcement)
- Choose your recipients:
- Individual employees
- Multiple employees
- Specific groups
- All employees
- Type your message
- Choose how you want to send it:
- Text message (SMS)
- Scheduled message (send later)
- Click Send
Once sent, any replies will appear in your Messages inbox for easy follow-up.
