How to Claim Your Indeed Company Page

Claiming your Indeed Company Page allows you to manage your employer brand, update company information, respond to reviews, and help candidates learn more about your business.

A claimed Company Page can also help Indeed better associate your jobs, employer information, and Team Engine Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with the correct company.

Before You Begin

You will need:

  • Access to your Indeed Employer Account
  • A company email address associated with your organization


How to Claim Your Company Page

  1. Log in to your Indeed Employer Account.
  2. Search for your Company Page on Indeed:

    Visit https://www.indeed.com/companies/search and enter your company name.

  3. If the page has not been claimed, you'll see an Unclaimed badge next to the company name.
  4. Select Claim This Company Page.
  5. Follow the verification steps provided by Indeed.


Trouble finding your page?

If the Company Page link does not work, go to Indeed for Job Seekers. Then open the Company reviews tab and search for your company.


Wait for verification

After you submit your claim, Indeed will review it to confirm your connection to the company. They may:

  • Match your work email domain to the company website
  • Looking for online links to the company, like social media profiles
  • Checking the company website for your name on a team or staff page
