How to Connect and Verify Team Engine ATS to Your Indeed Employer Account

Overview

Verifying that Team Engine is connected as your ATS and primary source of job distribution within your Indeed Employer Account helps ensure Indeed properly associates your jobs, applicants, hiring activity, and Company Page with your organization.

A properly configured ATS connection can improve job distribution and visibility, reduce duplicate job postings, enhance applicant tracking, support Indeed features such as Job Sync and Candidate Sync, and create a better recruiting experience for both employers and candidates.

Before You Begin

Before verifying your ATS connection, we recommend:

• Claiming your Indeed Company Page
• Ensuring your company name in Indeed matches your company name in Team Engine
• Logging into the correct Indeed Employer Account associated with your jobs

How to Verify Team Engine is Connected as Your ATS

Step 1: Log In to Your Team Engine ATS Account

Log in to your Team Engine ATS Account then click on the green check on any "Actively Advertising" job to click "Manage on Indeed"

Step 2: Navigate to Indeed Account Settings

1. Click your account menu in the upper-right corner.
2. Navigate back to your Account Settings then click "Employer Settings"

In the top navigation ribbon, click Organizations.

3. Scroll down to "Your Hiring Tools"

If Team Engine Is Not Listed, Add Team Engine as Your ATS

If Team Engine does not appear in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) section, click the Manage ATS button in the lower-right corner of the ATS box.

In the search field:

1. Enter Team Engine.
2. Select Team Engine from the search results.
3. Click Add.
4. Click Update to save your changes.

If you see Team Engine listed in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) section, your ATS connection is active and Indeed recognizes Team Engine as your Applicant Tracking System.

Once saved, Team Engine should appear in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) section of your Indeed Employer Account.
