How to Move Applicants to the Phone Interviewing Stage

The Phone Interviewing stage helps you manage applicants you would like to contact for an initial phone interview.

How It Works

1. Open the Applicants tab.
2. Go to the In Progress pipeline.
3. Locate the applicant in the Interested stage.
4. Move the applicant to Phone Interviewing to set up a phone call.
5. Conduct the phone interview and evaluate the applicant's qualifications.
6. Based on the outcome, move the applicant to the appropriate next stage in your hiring process.

Note: Phone interviewing is optional. You can enable or disable this stage in Company Settings, depending on your company's hiring process.
