Steps to Ask for Referrals

1. Make sure your Employee Directory is set up.
2. Go to the Referrals tab.

3. Click Ask for referrals.

4. Select the employees you want to contact.

5. Customize your message (optional) to mention open positions or referral incentives.

6. Send your request.

You can send referral requests as a one-time message or include them in your employee engagement automations.
