How to Connect Indeed to Team Engine

According to their policy, Indeed can only assist employers directly. For any inquiries related to your jobs, you will need to contact them. Before contacting Indeed

Before calling Indeed to review your account or enable ATS Sync, please complete the following steps to ensure everything is set up correctly:

• Turn off all other job postings

  Disable any jobs posted directly on Indeed or through other platforms. Team Engine should be your only active job posting source.

  Confirm your company information matches

  Make sure your Team Engine and Indeed accounts match exactly:

  • Company name
  • Website

  • Location

    Create and review one job in Team Engine

    Post a job in Team Engine and ensure it meets Indeed’s job posting guidelines, including:

  • Clear job title
  • Detailed description (at least 700 characters)
  • Pay range included
  • Accurate location

Completing these steps helps prevent duplicate listings, improves visibility, and ensures a smooth review process when working with Indeed.

Contacting Indeed to Enable ATS Sync with Team Engine

Please have Team Engine open so you can confirm your job details during the call.

Dial: 1-800-475-4361

Steps:

• Press Option 1
• When prompted, say “Employer”
• Provide your business name

What to say

“Hi, I’m using Team Engine as my ATS and would like to confirm that my account is properly set up for ATS Sync and that Team Engine is recognized as my primary job posting source."

Indeed will verify your account

Be prepared to confirm:

• Email address
• Phone number
• Last 4 digits of the credit card on file
• Date of your last job posting

Primary posting source

To ensure the best job visibility on Indeed, Team Engine should be your primary source for posting jobs.

If your company has previously posted jobs directly on Indeed or is using multiple accounts, your jobs may be identified as duplicates. This can reduce visibility and split your applicant flow across systems.

To avoid this, we recommend:

• Posting jobs only through Team Engine
• Using one Indeed account per company
• Avoiding duplicate postings outside of Team Engine

If you believe your jobs are being impacted, you can contact Indeed support and request a review of your job visibility and confirm that your ATS is set as your primary posting source.
