How to Claim Your Company’s Indeed Company Page

Note: Claiming your Company Page does not connect Team Engine to Indeed. However, it helps ensure your company information is accurate and that your jobs are associated with the correct business, which can support better job visibility.

How to Claim Your Company’s Indeed Company Page

To manage your company’s presence on Indeed, you will need to claim your Company Page. This confirms that you are an authorized representative of the business.

Step 1: Log into your Indeed employer account

Go to https://employers.indeed.com and log in.

You must have employer access, ideally admin access, to claim a company page.

Step 2: Search for your company

Search for your company name on Indeed and click on your Company Page.

Step 3: Go to “Why Join Us”

On your Company Page, navigate to the “Why Join Us” tab.

Step 4: Click “Claim this company page”

On the right-hand side, click “Claim this company page” and follow the prompts to submit your request.

Step 5: Wait for verification

Indeed will review your request and may ask you to verify your connection to the company. Once approved, you will have access to manage the page.

If your company page is already claimed

If the page is already claimed, you will need to contact Indeed support to request access.
