How to Edit an Employee Profile

Keeping employee information up to date ensures smooth communication and accurate records. You can easily update both personal and employment details directly from the employee’s profile.

How to Edit an Employee Profile:

  1. Go to the Directory page
  2. Search for the employee using their name or phone number
  3. Click on the employee’s name to open their profile

To Edit Personal Details:

  1. Click Edit Personal Details
  2. Update information such as:
    • First and last name
    • Nickname
    • Contact information
    • Birthday
    • Language preference
  3. Click Save

To Edit Employment Details:

  1. Click Edit Employment Details
  2. Update information such as:
    • Job title
    • Employee identifier
    • Employment timeline (Start and End dates)
    • Supervisor
    • Groups
  3. Click Save

✅ Your changes will be applied immediately and reflected in the employee’s profile.
