How to Combine Duplicate Employee Profiles

If you find duplicate employee profiles in your system, you can easily merge them into one.

Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Directory Dashboard.
  2. Use the search bar to find the employee.
  3. Click the employee’s name to open their profile.
  4. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) in the profile.
  5. Select Combine Employees.
  6. Search for the duplicate profile you want to merge.
  7. Click Next, then review the details.
  8. Click Save to complete the process.

Once saved, the selected profiles will be combined into a single, updated employee record.
