How to Combine Duplicate Employee Profiles
If you find duplicate employee profiles in your system, you can easily merge them into one.
Follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Directory Dashboard.
- Use the search bar to find the employee.
- Click the employee’s name to open their profile.
- Click the three-dot menu (⋯) in the profile.
- Select Combine Employees.
- Search for the duplicate profile you want to merge.
- Click Next, then review the details.
- Click Save to complete the process.
Once saved, the selected profiles will be combined into a single, updated employee record.
