How to Manage Saved Applicants

The Saved bucket is a great way to keep track of strong applicants for future opportunities. You might save someone because they’re a great fit, but the role has already been filled or for any other reason you want to revisit them later.

How to Save an Applicant

  • Click the Save button on the applicant’s profile.
  • Choose a reason for saving them.
  • You can also save an applicant at any stage by selecting Other, then Save.

After saving, you’ll be prompted to send the applicant an automated message about their status change. This message can be turned on, off, or edited in the Hiring Process tab. You can also edit or cancel the message directly in the pop-up.

When saving an applicant, you also have the option to:

  • Add a reason for saving
  • Set a reach-out date as a reminder to reconnect later

Where to Find Saved Applicants

All saved applicants are stored in the Saved tab, creating your own curated talent pool.

Moving Saved Applicants

When you're ready to revisit a saved applicant:

  • Go to the Saved tab and select the applicant, or open their profile
  • Click the three-dot menu (⋯)
  • Select Move
  • Choose the job or status you’d like to move them to

This makes it easy to re-engage qualified candidates when new roles open up.
