How to Update Your Directory
Need to add new employees, update contact details, change group assignments, or terminate employees in bulk? You can easily submit a directory update by uploading a new employee list.
To update your directory:
- Navigate to the Directory Dashboard
- Click the dropdown arrow beside Add Employee
- Select Upload List
- Upload your file using either:
- The provided sample list, or
- An existing employee report
Please make sure your upload includes the required fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Cell Phone Number
- Start Date
- Employee Identifier
Once our team receives your request, we’ll validate the data and complete the update for you. Please allow up to 24 hours for changes to reflect in Team Engine.
