How to Move an Employee Back to Hiring

If someone was accidentally moved to the Hired/Started stage, you can easily move them back into the hiring process from the Employee Directory.

To move an employee or applicant back to hiring:

  1. Navigate to the Employee Directory
  2. Locate the employee or applicant you would like to update
  3. Click their name to open their profile
  4. Click the three-dot menu
  5. Select Move Back to Hiring

Once completed, the individual will return to the hiring workflow so you can continue managing their application process.
