How to Add Profile Pictures to Employee Profiles

Adding profile pictures helps personalize your employee directory and makes team members easier to recognize.

To add a profile picture:

  1. Open the employee’s profile from the Directory tab.
  2. Click the pencil icon in the photo area.
  3. Upload or drag and drop an image file in .jpg, .jpeg, or .png format.

Team Engine will automatically crop the image to focus on the largest face in the photo. If no picture is uploaded, the employee’s initials will appear instead.

Keeping profile pictures updated helps create a more connected and recognizable team directory for everyone in your organization.
