How to Export Employee Directory Reports
The Employee Directory includes several filtering options that help you quickly generate employee reports based on the information you need. Whether you want to review active employees, identify missing employee information, or export employees by group or supervisor, filters make it easy to customize your report before exporting.
Steps to Export Employee Reports
- Navigate to the Employee Directory.
- Click Show Filters to open the available filtering options.
- Select the filters you would like to apply. You can filter employees by:
- Groups
- Issues, such as:
- Missing email addresses
- Missing phone numbers
- Missing supervisors
- Missing birth dates
- Custom fields, such as shirt sizes or other company-specific information
- Employee status, including:
- Current Employees
- All Employees (includes both active and inactive employees)
- Future Employees
- Terminated Employees
- Rehire Eligible Employees
- Supervisor
- Once you’ve selected your preferred filters, click Export Employees in the upper-right corner.
The exported report will include only the employees that match the selected filters, making it easier to review and manage employee information.
