How to Enable Indeed Apply in Team Engine

Enable Indeed Apply

Indeed Apply allows candidates to apply to your jobs directly through Indeed without being redirected to another application page. This provides a faster, more convenient application experience and can help reduce candidate drop-off during the application process.

When Indeed Apply is enabled in Team Engine, eligible job postings can use Indeed's Easily Apply experience. Candidates can complete their application on Indeed using their Indeed profile and resume, while their application information is automatically sent back to Team Engine for your team to review and manage.

Indeed Apply is enabled by default for all Team Engine accounts because it is considered a recruiting best practice. We recommend leaving it enabled, as requiring candidates to leave Indeed to apply can increase drop-off and reduce completed applications.

Before You Begin

Before enabling Indeed Apply, make sure:

Your Team Engine account is connected to your Indeed Employer account.
Your Indeed integration has been successfully configured.
Your jobs are eligible to use Indeed Apply.

To enable Indeed Apply for your Team Engine account:

Log in to Team Engine.
Navigate to Company Settings.
Select Integrations.
Locate Indeed and click Manage.

Locate the Indeed Apply setting.

Indeed Apply is an account-level setting. Once enabled, eligible jobs published through your Indeed integration can use the Indeed Apply experience.

Toggle Indeed Apply ON.

Once enabled, Indeed Apply will be available for jobs connected to your Indeed integration.

What Happens After You Enable It?

Once Indeed Apply is enabled:

Eligible job postings may display the Easily Apply button on Indeed.
Candidates can apply using their Indeed profile and resume without leaving Indeed.
Applications are automatically delivered to Team Engine.
Recruiters continue managing applicants through the standard Team Engine hiring workflow.
No additional action is required after the feature has been enabled.
