How to Reset Your Password

Changing your password in Team Engine is quick and easy.

You can reset it yourself or ask an account admin to send you a reset link.


Option 1: 🔁 Self-Service Password Reset

  1. Go to the Team Engine login page: https://employer.teamengine.io
  2. If you’re already signed in, log out first to reach the login screen.
  3. Click “Click here to reset your password.”
  4. On the next screen, enter the email address you use to sign in and click Send Email.
  5. Check your inbox for an email from Team Engine with a reset link.
  6. Click the “Reset Your Password” button in the email — it will open a new browser window.
  7. Enter your new password, then click the arrow (→) to save it.

Once saved, you’ll be redirected back to the login screen. Sign in using your new credentials.

💡 Tip: If you don’t see the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.


Option 2: 👥 Request a Reset Link from an Account Admin

If you didn’t receive your password reset email, your Team Engine Account Admin can generate a reset link for you.

For Users:

Ask a teammate with Admin access to send you a password reset link.

For Admins:

If you’re an admin and need to reset another user’s password:

  1. Click My Account (top right corner).
  2. Go to Account → Users.
  3. Find the user who needs a password reset.
  4. Click the three dots (⋯) next to their name.
  5. Select “Get Reset Link.”
  6. Copy the generated link and send it directly to the user.
